Keyhole Surgery transgender individuals is a type of gender confirmation surgery that creates a more masculine chest by removing breast tissue and repositioning the nipples. According to a study published in the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, keyhole top surgery is becoming increasingly popular due to its lower complication rates and minimal scarring. The study found that out of 150 transgender individuals who underwent keyhole top surgery, 97% were satisfied with their keyhole top surgery results.
