How to Check my Gift Card Balance?
There are two methods you can utilize to verify the status of the gift card from Macy's.
on Macy's website
Visit Macy's gift balance check page for your card.
Enter the gift card's number (usually 15 numbers).
You must enter into the CID (usually three or four digits).
Simply click on "VIEW BALANCE" red button.
On Phone
Note down your gift card's number and the CID in a place.
Make a phone call to 1-800-511-2752.
A customer service representative will be in touch with you.
How to Use Macy's Gift Card
Go to Macy's website.
Go to the menu located at near the top.
Browse through the various categories to find the information you are looking for.
Select an item, then add it to your cart by pressing the "Add button.
Proceed to the checkout area.
Enter your home address and the shipping method.
