Growing up in Melbourne, I was always enchanted by the fashion world. I’d sit glued to the TV, mesmerised by the glittering runway shows and the beautiful designs that seemed to come alive with each step. As a little girl, I dreamed of one day creating my fashion pieces and making a mark on the industry. Fast forward to today, and I’m on the brink of turning that childhood dream into reality. But as any aspiring designer knows, making that leap from dream to reality is no easy feat. One of the biggest challenges I faced was managing the costs associated with fashion design, especially when it came to sourcing materials and finding the space to store them. This is where my journey with recycled materials and budget-friendly storage solutions began.
